The property management services sector in China is developing rapidly, contributing significantly to employment and income. We have made recommendations for service differentiation low costs so that even with limited resources, can distribute their effectively, reduce unnecessary costs, implement an optimal plan. This study helps providers understand the needs expectations of customers because it a key factor success business.
